Spirit Level is an artist-run music label based in Melbourne.

Tim founded Spirit Level in 2014 alongside his long-time collaborator and friend Wally de Backer, aka Grammy-award winning producer Gotye. Since then, it has grown into a thriving community that nurtures diverse creative voices from around the world.

In 2020, Spirit Level launched a creative music tech lab called The Lab which will explore how music can be extended via the use of emerging technologies.
